Each individual Xavier apartment was designed with the sharp, inspired, conscientious Chicagoan in mind. We thought about both what each room would look like and how our residents would live in them.
Our materials and fixtures, from paints to appliances and everything in between, were selected with our people, our pets, and the planet in mind. And we aimed to design thoughtful and unique spaces while also creating a beautiful canvas that our residents could make their own.
Xavier hosts 240 unique homes within the building. Choose from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, with optional features like walk-in closets, high ceilings, private terraces, office nooks, and more. There’s a little something for everyone.
